He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mildred Darden and Cary Darden Jr.; his uncle Cary Darden III; and his aunt Patricia Darden. He is survived by: his children, Ceiarra Darden and Davon Darden Jr.; his nephews, Marquette Freeman and Eathern Freeman Jr.; his mother Brenda Darden; his stepparents, James Allen and Shirley McGraw; and his siblings, Marc, Marquise McGraw, Stephaine Darden-Smith and Shontisha Feliciano. He is also survived by great- aunts, cousins, and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Colonial Funerals (86 Circular Ave, Hamden, CT 06514). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at the Beaverdale Memorial Park (86 Circular Ave, Hamden, CT 06514). An entombment will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
He helped organized community events dear to his heart such as annual trunk or treats a n d arranged activities in association with the National Kidney Foundation to increase awareness of kidney disease.
