He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sibley and Helen Sibley (Cahill). He is survived by: his children, Heather L. Sibley of Cheshire and Jason Sibley; his daughter-in-law Kim Sibley of New Haven; his grandchildren, Levi S. Sibley, Hailey Howell and Violet Sibley; and also, Cynthia Waggoner and Sheila Creed. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
