Catherine left this world on March 25, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shine and Catherine Shine of Ireland; her husband James Condron; and her brother James Shine (Kathleen) of Ireland. She is survived by: her children, Catherine Nicefaro (Ralph) and James Condron (Denise); her grandchildren, Molly Condron, Sam Nicefaro and Amy Nicefaro; her siblings, Julia Mary Vaughan of New Haven, Patrick Shine, Ann Burn (Noel), Mary O'Connor (Padie), John Shine (Rose) and Bernadette Reilly (John) of Ireland; and her siblings-in-law, Maureen Delahunt, Eileen Condron and John Condron. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Sisk Brothers Funeral Home (3105 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rita Church (1620 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06517).
