He is survived by: his daughters, Belinda Rush (Shauwn) of Bunnell, FL and Ravon Bonfiglio (Dennis) of Kissimmee, FL; his siblings, Shirley Collins Whitney (Eye) of Arapahoe, NC, Charlie "Jack" Henry (Cornelius) of Felton, DE, Dallas Collins of Boston, MA, James Odell, Clarence (Elder Mary Frances), Ernest (Overseer Annette), Bishop Eugene Collins of Hamden, CT and Persivia; his stepsiblings, Sultan Randall of New Haven, CT, Evelyn, Ruth and Ann Randall of New Haven, CT; and his grandchildren, Alex of Kissimmee, FL, Destiny of Kissimmee, FL, Devon Collins of Kissimmee, FL, Victoria of Kissimmee, FL, Kiera Bonfiglio of Kissimmee, FL, Mara Rush of Bunnell, FL, Alianna and Braylen Collins of Kissimmee, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
