With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alfred Allen of Hamden, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on May 23, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Allen and Margaret Beland Allen; and his daughter Sandra Massey. He is survived by: his children, Alfred Allen Jr. of Florida and Barbara Goodspeed (Shawn) of East Hampton; his brother Jack Allen (Donna) of Hamden; and his nephew C. J. of Hamden. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
