Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Victoria leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Harlow Sr.; and her parents, Walter Skinski and Mary Skinski (Bonewicz). She is survived by: her brother Walter Skinski of Middletown; her brother-in-law Lloyd Harlow of Higganum; her sons, Robert Harlow, Jr. (Nicole) of Higganum and William Harlow (Jamie) of Portland; and her grandchildren, Alexandre, Villette, Blake and Ally.
