He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kokoszka and Mary Kokoszka (Ciesla); and his siblings, Peter, Walter, Frank, Joseph, Anthony, Bert, Chester, Edward and Stephanie Kruvka (Kokoszka).

He is survived by: his children, Robert of Meriden, William and Carole of Rockfall; and his caregivers, Patty Tsou, Dr. Rathier, Dr. Read and Dr. Carini. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
