She is survived by: her children, Carlisle Knowlton Rex-Waller (John Rex-Waller), Jane Andrews Knowlton (Drew), Charles Scott Knowlton (Scott) and Christopher Breckenridge Knowlton; her grandchildren, Robert Carlisle Rex-Waller (Charlene), Caroline Taylor Rex-Waller (John Barkhausen), Emma Scott Schaeffer (Keith Wine), William Carlisle Schaeffer (Emiko), Douglas Philip Hamilton, James Andrews Knowlton and Philip Scott Knowlton; and her great grandchildren, Ava Nalani Rex-Waller, John Kai Rex-Waller, Charles Wyeth Rexhausen, Mabel Taylor Rexhausen and Grayson Goma Schaeffer.
