He is survived by: his wife Carol; his brother Dominic Scarpa; his children, Paul Scarpa (Maria Liebl Scarpa) of Guilford and Susan Hebert (Keith Hebert) of Oregon; and his grandchildren, Nina, Julian Scarpa, Jack and Paige Hebert.
