It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William James Earls (Guilford, Connecticut), who passed away on February 21, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Kevin; his sister-in-law Sandy Porter Earls; and his parents, Helen McCann and Arthur Earls of Sturbridge, Massachusetts.. He is survived by: his wife Gloria (Thanas); his children, Tara Earls Larrison of Champaign, IL and Matt Earls of Guilford, CT; his children-in-law, Chris Larrison and Amy Earls; his grandchildren, Max, Claudia, Zachary, Scarlet and Cordelia; his close friends, Tom Earls, Nancy Earls, Beth, Art Ramos, Geoff Earls, Judy Flannery, David, Roberta Earls, Joe, Melissa Earls, Kate and Bruce Van Dolson; and his siblings-in-law, Linda and Bob Plouffe. He is also survived by sons and daughters.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Guilford Funeral Home (115 Church St, Guilford, CT 06437). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 8:30 AM at the First Congregational Church of Guilford (122 Broad St, Guilford, CT 06437).
