He was predeceased by: his wife Felicia Oppelt (Capezzone); his parents, William F. Oppelt Sr. and Theresa Oppelt (Fody); and his brother Robert Oppelt. He is survived by: his niece Joanna Davis of Branford; and his friend Sandy Marra (Capezzone). He is also survived by brothers and sisters–in–laws and nieces and nephews.
