It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard F. Ostafin of Guilford, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary Ostafin (Peluso); his parents, Frederick Ostafin and Nellie Ostafin (Shemansky); his daughter Kristin Anne Ostafin; and his sister Dolores Day.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Marie Dubois (David) of Cheshire and Stephen D. Ostafin of Guilford; his grandchildren, Zachary, Connor, Jacob, Michael Dubois, Brandon and Alexa Ostafin; and his siblings, Ronald Ostafin and Deborah Shore. He is also survived by many nieces nephews, and cousins.
