He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Gay of Patchogue, NY and Michelle Gay (Russo) of Guilford; his half-brothers, David Gay (Trang) of Wallingford and Jason Gay of East Hampton; his nephew Tyler Gay; his nieces, Madison and Brielle; his stepmother Dorothy Gay; and his cousins, Lorraine Russo of Northford, Susan Emever of North Branford, Jacqueline Nelson (William) of Westport and Bette Ollero of Naugatuck. He is also survived by his many Aunts, Uncles.
