With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph L. Genera of Guilford, Connecticut, who passed away on February 9, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Genera and Charles Genera; his wife Catherine Marino Genera; his children, Catherine Genera Carter of Ohio and Joseph P. Genera of Guilford; his daughter-in-law Kathleen Bryant Genera; and his niece Gina Wallace. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
