He was predeceased by: his parents, Camille Dauphinais and Lillian Niemi Dauphinais; his former wife Doris Garthwait; and his brothers, Lawrence and Leonard Dauphinais.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Morrissey Dauphinais; and his daughters, Karen Spurrell of Branford, CT., Susan Wilcox (Mark) of Cohasset, MA., Sally O'Brien (Tim) of Guilford, CT., Judy Cutuli (Rich) of Guilford, CT. and Elizabeth Amerling (Paul) of South Salem, NY.. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
