Dominic A. DeMaio Jr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dominic A. DeMaio Jr. of Guilford, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 21, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic DeMaio (Butch) and Julia DeMaio (Esposito); his brothers, Charles DeMaio and Alexander DeMaio; and his grandfather Jack.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine "DelVecchio" DeMaio; his sister Marie Perrotti of New Haven; and his sons, Anthony DeMaio (Dina) of East Haven, Mark DeMaio of Niantic and Carl DeMaio of East Haven. He is also survived by "Papa" to his eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, and "Uncle Butch" to his nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Guilford Funeral Home (115 Church St, Guilford, CT 06437). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 3:45 PM at the same location.
