He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Pentland and Jane Pentland. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Pentland (Patrick); his son William Pentland of Madison; his brother Robert "Rod" Pentland (Susan); and his nephew Jason Pentland (Nicole). He is also survived by three great nephews.
