Baxter; her brother Stephen Small; her children, Anna J. Dwyer, Matthew W. Dwyer, Ruth M. Dwyer, John R. Dwyer (Kelly) and Sarah D. Nemec (Thomas); and her grandchildren, Kyle Dwyer, Mary Dwyer, Catherine Beames, Cassandra Nemec, Julia Nemec, Stephen Nemec and Rachael Taylor (Cody).
She is survived by: her siblings, Donald R. Small of Portland, Marilou Spencer of Guilford and George Baxter of Parma; and her pet Robert.
