Carmel R. Amarante Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carmel R. Amarante of Guilford, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 31, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew A. Amarante; her parents, Anthony DeMichele and Anna DeMichele (Guarini); and her siblings, Pasquale, Fred, Edward, Lawrence, Anthony, Rosemary and Lucille.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lucy Krauchick (Walter), Lisa Amarante and Karen Tasto (Lane); and her grandchildren, Kevin Krauchick, Ryan Krauchick, Brianna Oboikovitz-Tasto and Brittney Oboikovitz-Tasto. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
