He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sullivan and Betty Sullivan Levandowski (Smead). He is survived by: his wife Ann Obuchowski; his siblings, Debra Kurtz (Joseph) and Thomas Levandowski (Rachelle); and his brother-in-law Frank Obuchowski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
