She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Barnard and Margaret Barnard (Otness); her husband Edward Gaffney; and her son Keith Jones. She is survived by: her daughter Kimberlee Jones of Groton; her siblings, Kathryn Gilot (Kitty) of Groton, Jimi Bibeault (Richard) of Pawcatuck, Claudine Dilley (Scott) of Pawcatuck and Clyde "Sonny" Barnard (Kathleen) of Norwich; her granddaughter Haley Jones; and her great grandchild Gianna of Groton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
