He is survived by: his wife Gail Lovett Kingston; his children, Hope Cahoon (Casey), Timothy Kingston (Loni), Amanda Kingston and Eric Kingston; and his grandchildren, Cole, Cameron, Paige, Noah, Chloey, Gabrielle and Ryder.
