He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Bradwell Hall; his brother Robert "Bobby" Hall; his father Charles Foote Hall; and his brother-in-law Thomas Keyes. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Hall of Groton; his children, Kathleen C. Hall of Albany, Suzanne Hall Button (Dean Button) of Red Hook and Charles E. Hall (Amy Hall) of Logansport; and his grandchildren, Jenna Lynn Hall, Ian Hall, Sam Button and Molly Button.
Donations may be made in Charlie's memory to the Sacred Heart School Fund, 56 Sacred Heart Drive in Groton.
