He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Clausen and Christina List; and his wife Carolyn E. Clausen. He is survived by: his children, Steven Clausen (Nancy) of Reno and Maryann Clausen of Norwich, CT; his grandchildren, Stephanie Knights (Devon), Cameron Mills (Lauryanna Oriol) and Summer Mills; and his great grandchild Anakin Mills.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests to make donations to Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society or Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
