Though Veronica may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Schmitz. She is survived by: her daughter Alexandra Schmitz (Kurt); her niece Christine Labate (Philip); and her siblings, John Toner and Mary Robinson (John).

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Michael the Archangel Church (469 North Street, Greenwich, CT 06830). A burial was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at the St. Mary's Cemetery (399 North Street, Greenwich, CT 06830).
