Sandra Whiteley Saalborn Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2025, at the age of 61, Sandra Whiteley Saalborn in Greenwich, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joan Farrell Whiteley and Harry Whiteley Sr.; her parents-in-law, Lorraine and Otto Saalborn Jr.; and her stepparent-in-law Pearle Saalborn.
She is survived by: her brothers, Harry (Laurie), Jim (Becky) and Jeff Whiteley; her siblings-in-law, Ruthann (Rob) and Eric Saalborn; her nieces and nephews, Sarah (Ben), Jameson, Michael (Jess), Lizzy (Jay), Allie (Branden), Harry, Tim (Katelyn), Emma, Georgia and Finnegan; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ivy, Ori, Kayla, Rhys, Jack, Tucker, Beau, Emmy, Liam and Kellan; her husband Scott Saalborn; and her children, Alexander (Carina), Luke and Samantha Saalborn.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home (9 Granville Ave, Danbury, CT 06810). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Edward the Confessor Church (21 Brush Hill Rd, New Fairfield, CT 06812).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to a local charity Ann's Place https://www.annsplace.org.
