She was predeceased by: her parents, Olive Dale (Booher) and W. Bruce Leithead; and her sister Bonnie L. Brickner (Jacquelyn Scott). She is survived by: her children, Fred Astaire, Old Fashioned, Van Gogh and Vermeer; her brothers, W. Bruce "Nick" and Joseph W. "Joe" Leithead; her children, Pamela Chandler of Essex, Connecticut, Heidi Chandler (David Leonard) of Mahopac, NY, Toby Chandler (Heather) of Bayport, NY and Adrienne Rogatnick (Howard) of New York, NY; her grandchildren, Joshua Webber Posey, Lindsey Alexander Salazar, Solomon Oliver Chandler Rogatnick and Abraham Jack Chandler Leonard; and her great grandchild Alexander Victor Salazar. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
