She was predeceased by: her husband John L. Novak; and her siblings, Emil Parelli, Dorothy Telesco (Teddy), Julia Scarfone (Toddy) and Linda Parelli.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Spadaro (Frank) of Norwalk and John J. Novak (Sandy) of Greenwich; her grandchildren, Lauren Wintman (Douglas) of Trumbull, Christopher Spadaro of Norwalk, Amanda Novak of Wilbraham, MA and John Novak; her great grandchild Grayson Wintman of Trumbull; and her siblings, Frank Parelli, Jr. (Barbara) of Milford, CT, William Parelli (Morna) of Milford, CT and Marie DeFrancesco of Rye Brook, NY.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
