She was predeceased by: her parents, Amadeo Bongiorno and Concetta Bongiorno (Smeriglio). She is survived by: her sons, Western Union and Merrill Lynch; her husband Peter; her sons, Peter (Elvia) of Westport, CT and Paul (Judi) of Milford, CT; her grandchildren, Gabriella, Nicholas and Mikayla; and her sisters, Antoinette Sapia and Gloria Sciarretta.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Rose Perry's memory to "JDRF Diabetes Foundation, PO Box 37920, Boone, IA 50037-0920".
