He is survived by: his parents, Michael Jr Spezzano and Loretta Spezzano (Testa); his siblings, Shayne Muller (Ken), Michael Spezzano III (Liz) and Bettina Grabowski (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Michael (Jackie), Scott Spezzano (Monica), Jason Grabowski (Christina), Erica Sabatino (Jonathan), Jessica Grabowski (Adam) and Shelby Greger (Ben); his great-nieces, Nola, Mia Delcourt, Lily, Becca Spezzano, Hadley and Remy Greger; and his great-nephew Owen Spezzano.
