He is survived by: his children, Colleen Calderon, Christine Ortiz, Michael Slater, Kenneth Slater and Patrick Slater; his grandchildren, Kimberly (James), Mathew (Claudia), Amanda (Jay), Zachary and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Jamie, Faith, Xavier, Josh, Liliana, Aryanna, Jackson, Adrian, Logan and Jacob; and his siblings, Harold "Sonny" Slater (Ellen) and Mary LeDore.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home - Ct (134 Hamilton Ave, Greenwich, CT 06830). A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at the St. Mary's Cemetery (35 Parsonage Rd, Greenwich, CT 06830).
