He is survived by: his niece Catherine Konitshek Martin; his pet Teddy; his wife Mary Stalica Kolok; and his nieces and nephews, Cathy Martin, Sue Darula, John Kolok and Jim Kolok. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews and cousins.
