It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph M. Pontoriero of Greenwich, Connecticut, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on June 16, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael Pontoriero and Lucia Pontoriero; his wife Mary; his children, Michelle Desrosier, Deborah Peeler (David) and Michael Pontoriero (Jodi); his grandchildren, Brian Desrosier (Kelly), Nicole Desrosier, Mac Peeler, Brooke Peeler, Ian Peeler, Jagger Pontoriero, Brenden Pontoriero and Alexa Pontoriero; his stepchildren, Carmen Florio and Mark Florio; and his sisters, Cathy Terrone and Gloria Rieci.
