It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Collins (Greenwich, Connecticut), who passed away on June 26, 2019, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Monica Collins and John Collins; his brother Charlie; and his grandmother Mary Ellen Lewkowicz. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that a donation be made in John's name to the National Eating Disorder Association.
