With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Horace A. Sawyer (Greenwich, Connecticut), born in Abilene, Texas, who passed away on February 8, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Adali Sawyer, Sr. and Mary Jessie Shiels Sawyer. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Christine Mathias, Joan Mathias (Cassie), Abigail, Will and Dylan Sawyer; and his sister Mary Rozelle Sawyer Middleton of New Orleans. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
