He was predeceased by: his sister Cathy L. Aldrich; and his close friend John DeCaprio. He is survived by: his brother Donald W. Carr of Waterbury, CT; his nephew Matthew Carr; and his nieces, Kerri Carr of St. Louis, MO and Crystal Aldrich of Naugatuck, CT..
