He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Fidelibus and Teresa Fidelibus; and his brother Michael Fidelibus. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fidelibus; his children, Lisa Fidelibus (Wes Parris), Sherri LaMore (Joe LaMore) and Gregg Fidelibus; his grandchildren, Michael Kochiss, Megan Vojack-Weeks, Joey LaMore, Valerie LaMore and Jimmy LaMore; and his great grandchildren, Skyler and Soleil Vojack-Weeks. He is also survived by five sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law, and several nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Phil's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
