He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Louis Aloe and Elizabeth Rohr Aloe; his sister Virginia Joyce Aloe (Ginny); and his cousin Paul Aloe. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth (Betsy) and Jennifer; his wife Jean Meyer Aloe; and his grandchildren, Ava Jean, Jonah, Grant and James. He is also survived by two daughters, a son-in-law.
