She was predeceased by: her husband Frank. She is survived by: her daughters, Jacelyn Hoffman of Dallas, TX, Donna Koniecki of Kailua-Kona, HI and Karen Ann Kuhne of Sandy Hook, CT.. She is also survived by the many aunts, uncles and cousins.
