She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Neil W. Rice and Emma Mandell Rice; her children, Carl A. III, Thomas S. and Elise B. Stanbury; her children-in-law, John B. Stanbury Jr. and Martha Graulty Berntsen; her grandsons, Alexander, Christopher Berntsen, Benjamin and Geoffrey Stanbury; her granddaughter-in-law Amy Reck Stanbury; her great grandchildren, Wesley B. and Madeline C. Stanbury; and her son Douglas E.. She was also cherished by her children and grandchildren.
Because of the Pandemic, the family has postponed any service.
