He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Judith (Gable); his children, Deborah Jean Price, Richard Gable Martindale (Susan) and David Cumberland Martindale; and his siblings, Jean Middleton, George Cumberland and Wales Cumberland III. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
