It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly Elizabeth McManus of Granby, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on December 23, 2020, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Clare and William McManus Jr.. She is survived by: her parents, David J. McManus of Granby and Kristin A. Letendre of Bristol, Connecticut.; her stepfather John Reek of Bristol, CT; her brother Colin McManus of Gunnison, CO; her grandfather Richard Letendre of Feeding Hills, MA; her aunt Lisa (Letendre); and her uncle Karl Kempter of Tolland, CT. She is also survived by many loving cousins and friends.
Covid-19 restrictions as a junior led her in March to return home to Granby and switch to remote-learning classes. Eventually she opted as a first-semester senior to take a gap period/hiatus to assess her options during the extended covid-19 restrictions and work environment.
