She was predeceased by: her brother Richard Blair. She is survived by: her children, David G. Perry II, April R. Seidman (Perry) and Kevin R. Perry; her daughters-in-law, Jodi Perry (Engelmann) and Andrea Millette; and her grandchildren, Morgan, Samantha, Danielle, Julian, Analeigh, Kevin and Maddox. She is also survived by 9 brothers and sisters, their spouses and so many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
