He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Paul Rouillard. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Carolan (Finn); his children, Jack and Lisa Carolan-Miller of Cary, NC; his daughter-in-law Susan Carolan (Haywood) of Granby; his grandchildren, Heather Griskewicz (John) of Windsor, Michael Carolan (Allyson) of Dumont, NJ and Allison Lallier (Andrew) of Durham, NC; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Joey, Lily Carolan of Dumont, NJ, Christopher and Elliot Lallier of Durham, NC.; his siblings, Bob Carolan of Plaistow, NH and Eileen Gordon of Wisconsin; and his sister-in-law Pauline Rouillard of Lexington, MA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
