It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas A. Robinson of Granby, Connecticut, born in Cambridge, Vermont, who passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sons, Douglas Robinson and Dale Robinson; his siblings, Pearl Jewett and Earl Robinson; and his brothers-in-law, David Mills and Bill Strickland.

He is survived by: his wife Faith Robinson (Mills); his daughter Dawn Keenan (Rick Weibust) of Springfield, MA; his daughters-in-law, Diane Robinson of Windsor Locks and Marlene Robinson of Lakeland, FL; his stepchildren, Al Griffin (Lisa Jasinski) of Suffield, Christine Minor of Kent and Kevin Griffin (Cynthia) of Cromwell; his sister Kathleen Stevens of Wethersfield; his brother-in-law Raymond Bahre (Kris) of East Hartland; his grandchildren, Naomi Wimer (Mike) of South Hadley, MA, Justin Keenan of Windsor Locks, Adam Robinson (Emma) of Enfield, Melanie Robinson of Windsor Locks, Michaela Griffin (Colin Brinkley) of Wilton, NH, Eli Griffin of Cromwell, Kellie Santillo of Wallingford and Bret Sorel; his great grandchildren, Avery Wimer, Zoe Wimer, Mona Keenan, Thea Keenan, Parker Robinson, Gavin Santillo and Ella Sorel; and his cousin Greta Ingalls of Waterville, VT. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hayes-Huling & Carmon Funeral Home (364 Salmon Brook St, Granby, CT 06035). A memorial service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
