He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Marie (Colburn) and Wilfred Donat Vachon. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah (Desjardin), Alison (Nicholes) and Hannah; his brother Wayne; his son-in-law Glen; and his grandchildren, Violet, Reed and Lorraine.

In lieu of flowers, Bill would appreciate an act of kindness in his memory or a vote against Trump in the upcoming election.
