He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Panek. He is survived by: his wife Ann Panek (Monaco); his daughter Diane; his son-in-law Hans Kretzmer of Glastonbury; and his grandsons, Nicholas Kretzmer (Amanda) of Glastonbury and Daniel Kretzmer of Glastonbury. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
