He was predeceased by: his parents, S. Ray Harding and Rachael Harding; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Van Der Beek and Melinda Van Der Beek. He is survived by: his wife Barbara L. Harding of Old Tappan, NJ; his sons, Don Harding (Katharine) of New York City, Dave Harding (Judy) of Glastonbury, CT. and Dan Harding (Nicole) of Narragansett, RI.; his grandchildren, Reece, Brooke, Molly, Matt, Myles and Graham Harding; his brother Sam Harding (Deborah) of Clemson, SC.; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Van Der Beek (Marcia) of Okatie, SC, Jim Van Der Beek of Oxford, CT and Dave Van Der Beek (Diana) of Okatie, SC. He is also survived by three sons, their wives, and six wonderful grandchildren.
