He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Polochanin and Martha Polochanin (Chylinsky); his wife Carole; and his daughter Jody. He is survived by: his son David; his daughter-in-law Claudine; and his grandchildren, Ethan and Alison of Marlborough.
The military honors was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Connecticut Veterans Cemetery (316 Bow Ln, Middletown, CT 06457).
