She was predeceased by: her husband Antonio V. D'Addeo; and her parents, Daniel Champ and Anne Champ. She is survived by: her children, Justine A. Neild of Glastonbury, Peter (Carmela D'Addeo), Daniel (Kathryn D'Addeo) and Joseph (Deborah D'Addeo); and her sister Marie McCarthy (John). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
